(Action) wonders if Sal is on windows or something.
Sal
yep
win10
Happy_the_Exceed
IIRC, php scripts on windows would also accept / for paths to files.
Sal
i know
thats not the problem
bango2
your problem is seeing a double slash?
Happy_the_Exceed
Sal, does the base URL have to have a slash at the end?
You can also use trimming functions to remove excess slashes.
bango2
+1
Sal
i'm just trying that now
Happy_the_Exceed
I'm not seeing much of an actual problem to be frank.

Sal
i'm replace that end slash with ?
Happy_the_Exceed
$baseurl = '/my/base/url'; <-- Like this.
AlexPortable

Happy_the_Exceed
AlexPortable
my $timenow is an unix timestamp
I want to compare 2 unix timestaps to check if they are greater than 60 (meaning 1 minute has been passed)
OnceMe
would this be valid json object {"success":true,"token":"'.$token.'"} ?
sorabji
Happy_the_Exceed
AlexPortable, http://php.net/manual/en/datetime.construct.php unix time stamp :+)
OnceMe
damn awesome tool
AlexPortable
what does that does Happy_the_Exceed ?
Happy_the_Exceed
AlexPortable, create two DateTime objects. Then run the function to subtract time.
AlexPortable, read the examples. Read the description.
Jake
Hey there I'm running PHP 5.6.4-4ubuntu6.2 and when the php5 apache2 module is enabled, apache2 will not start due to the error, "Apache is running a threaded MPM, but your PHP Module is not compiled to be threadsafe. You need to recompile PHP."
pthreat
Jake: is that not verbose enough for you? You need to recompile PHP with threadsafe I guess
LawnGnome
Or don't use a threaded MPM, which is probably the simpler answer if you don't really need multithreading (if you're not sure whether you do, you don't).
Jake
LawnGnome: what would you recommend as a non threaded mpm?
LawnGnome
Jake: Prefork is the one most people use.
Jake
pthreat: I never compiled it in the first place, I'm using the versions on the ubuntu software repositories
But I don't understand why this has occurred in the first place, I was using it all fine until today, I've been using apache2 and php for the last 8 months on this machine.

mutsayu
working in angular now and I've made in resources/lang/ a new language for my own, but when I try to login with fake info, it says: "password" in the error message, instead of "password" in my language. Can I fix this?
cos it takes an attribute or something... idk what it takes. I think it takes the 'type="password"' cos I have everything else, name attr etc set to the "password" in my language
nvm [;
AlexPortable
fwrite($tokenlocation, time() . "|" . $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"]);
Warning: fwrite() expects parameter 1 to be resource, string given
Am I doing something wrong?
sorabji
the warning indicates that you are
AlexPortable
what exactly?
sorabji
what did the warning say?
Zarthus
AlexPortable: you need to invoke fopen() when you're starting, and fclose when you;'re done
