Hi all. SSL is enabled Exim for port 465. For outlook clients I configure and when I test account settings, a security warning pops up saying "the server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified." When I click on the view Certificate button, it shows as an old host name SSL that I was using. It's been long since removed, however, it's still saying it's using
this non exisitant ssl cert. Where is it?
henk
mostym: how do you expect us to know that? We dont have access to your system o_O and the way for you to find out is rather obvious, isnt it?
find out how to configure it in exim, check if its configured or using the default value, go look there for the cert &

I am trying to understand a differences between queue_smtp_domains vs queue_domains

smtp deliveries versus all deliveries

if I want to route d1gital*@mydomain.com -> d1gital@mydomain.com, what should I put in /etc/aliases? I've tried d1gital*@mydomain.com and d1gital.*@mydomain.com, and debug says they don't match d1gital1@mydomain.com
jgh_
you can't do it in an aliases file

I have a single domain in [queue_smtp_domain], however delivery of 10K email takes an hour ... what can be done to improve the delivery speed?
henk
upgrade to 2400 baud might cut it down to half an hour (:

henk, ah... they promised to approve my budget next year, and this is one of the CapEx items...
henk
hehe, I was just kidding more or less (; but that might definitely be a factor. What do the logs say? 10k/h is still something like 3 mails a second which, depending on the size of the mails and the connection speed, might be reasonable. At least I think it might be &
oozbooz
henk, they were not only email that EXIM was sending out within an hour... still, w/out queue_smtp_domain I see 9K out of 10K being sent within first 10 mins
can I parallelize delivery of queued email with multiple connections? Be default, does Queue use a single connection?
jgh_
dynamic, and depends on the various factors of your queue-runnwe configuration
