Hi! Can somebody please advise me where exactly exim looks when checking whether the message should be delivered locally or not?
e-mails like "name@localhost" work, but "name@FQDN" do not and end with "unrouteable address"
petemc
local_domains
MMlosh
yes.. those are set to @:localhost: (+my correct fqdn)
petemc
exim -d -bt name@FQDN
MMlosh

hello, I'd want to add in a router something like this:
senders = ! ${lookup mysql{SELECT host FROM relay_hosts} {${sg{$value}{\\n}{ : }} }}
but instead of senders, to put sender_ip
is it possible?
is anyone here?
local
why the ! ?
rs_sb
local, this is in the spamassassin router, to skip checks for relay hosts.
local
so you saying its like a blacklist of IP's ?
rs_sb
no, I want this router to be skipped for all addresses there. It's a white list actually.
local
use the pass then
i read it in the docs, im trying to find it again
rs_sb
local, can you give me a hint where can I find it on internet?
local
but there is a thing that you can say if x = y then pass to some other router
pass_router and redirect_router
http://www.exim.org/exim-html-4.10/doc/html/spec_14.html
on that page search for those two words
rs_sb
thank you local .
local
pleasure

rs_sb
local, but how to define sender's ip address within a router? Or how to reffer to it.
Oh, I think I found a solution. Thank you one more time, local.
local
rs_sb, sorry, i was sleeping. I didnt know that anyway, i usually just look through the things on this page and find what i looking for...
