hi all
I am having trouble using header_rewrite in exim conf. I am trying to rewrite the root@ mail in exim before sending it to smarthost
otherwise it's rejected
any suggestions?

hello. help me please. someone may show me acl_check_data configuration block with spamassassin for exim 4.69?
I update from 4.50 and old configuration isn't work. exim mainlog shows some errors like failed to expand ACL message "X-Spam-Score: $spam_score $spam_score_int $acl_m0 ${eval:$spam_score_int+$acl_m0} ($spam_bar)":

Hi all
I'm doing my second mailman with exim setup and I'm experiencing a very strange (to me) behaviour. Exim seems to ignore my mailman router config
testing with exim -bt, it simply skips that config, not even looking at it
same setup, different server, the routing works... any ideas?
petemc
use -d -bt
kwisatz
yes, I used -d
i see all the routers scrolling by, except for the mailman router
petemc
it would say why it was skipped
kwisatz
Well it doesn't even show the router..
petemc
then its not in your config
kwisatz
I have mailman with priority 450 in routers. exim -bt -d tests 400 (system aliases) and then 600 (userforward), skipping mailman and hubuser
well it must be there, I've created the file ;)

petemc
your logic is flawed
you should probably read up on how the debian config works
kwisatz
I've the same system already set up and it just works
rgammans
kwisatz, petemc means -> does your router show in /var/lib/exim4/config.autogenerated ?
(i think)
kwisatz
nope... let me check on the other system.. that one has it
ok, I think I just found the problem oops ;)
ya.. the split config was set to false.. didn't look at that.. sorry.. pebkac
thanks for the hint ;)

hi
I am trying to rewrite the to: in mail going to root@ before exim tries to deliver it via a smarthost. I a m failing, is there a clever way of doing it ?
sts
is there a more verbose way to test routers than exim -bt foo@bar.com
petemc
sts: -d
sts
i've got a router which should accept a certain domain (domains = $domainlist), but it never really seems to use this router. any ideas whether i need to specify the domain anywhere else that in the router?
here is the configuration and the output of exim4 -d -bt jobs@rt.in.foo.com: http://pastie.org/private/yznpao3cbt9478kz5gdnra
petemc
if you want to specify a domain list you need to prefix it with +
sts
damnit. thanks petemc :)
squidly
is thee a way to forward an individual email to another server?
petemc
numerous ways
squidly
petemc: I know.. I use postfix mostly.. but my mail hosting provider is useing exim. I want to setup something that will forward my mail from their server to an internal server
it would just be a transport map in postfix
petemc
a manualroute router, probably
